I am Brittni Finlay.

I am a reformed, "LITTLE MISS PERFECT". Everything I did had to be perfect. I had to be the perfect partner, employee, and overall human being.

I am a daughter, a girlfriend, a seeker of truth, a bold entrepreneur, and someone who was caged by the illusion of perfection. Trying to maintain this false mirage, kept me caged in toxic relationships and handcuffed to a patchwork of unfulfilling jobs.

I grew up bound by the construct of religion, and a family history anchored in a high-conflict divorce. Yet, I knew I was born to be an incubator of fire and fabulous.

I held myself back. I wanted to please everyone. However, I failed to please myself.

Little Miss Perfect was as far from joyful as you can possibly get. This led to bouts of depression and an empty feeling. I was yearning for more. I craved a healthy relationship, a meaningful job, and the ability to dance on rooftops. This meant that I had to shed this pretense of "everything is great" and get real with myself. I needed to take action, do the work and actively change my career trajectory, kick toxic relationships to the curb and begin to love my lumps, bumps, and flaws.

Confidence is a skill we can learn. When we are not feeling secure in our own skin it ebbs and flows into our personal and professional lives. We recoil and set ourselves up for failure when we do not walk into a room assured of our strengths and skills. Learn the tools you need to build your overall confidence and increase your life satisfaction.

Voxer Coaching

On Demand Coaching

Voxer coaching is similar to "traditional" coaching but we use the free app Voxer to communicate, strategize, and work together, through text and audio.

No scheduling calls or having to show up on video, I'll be there when you need me.

Life Coaching

Acheive goals in many areas of life including business, health and wellbeing, career, relationships and work-life balance. It can be as broad as wanting to find what will make you happier or as specific as wanting to start a new job. I use insightful questioning to helpclients identify the goals they want to achieve, consider all the options open to them and choose which actions they will take within a defined timeframe.
